摘　　要：课程思政是把立德树人作为教育根本任务的一种综合教育理念,本文以生物化学课程为切入点,探索课程思政建设的有效路径,充分挖掘课程思政教育资源,构建思政元素模块,并融入教学内容,结合学情和教学主体优化教学设计,制定融入思政评价的多元化评价考核标准,以期达到更高的思政育人目标,并为高职院校《生物化学》课程思政建设提供可操作性强,行之有效的建议。Curriculum ideological and political education is a comprehensive education concept that takes moral education as the fundamental task of education.Biochemistry was taken as the starting point to explore the effective path of curriculum ideological and political construction,the resources of curriculum ideological and political education were fully excavated,ideological and political element modules was constructed,they were integrated into the teaching content,and the teaching design was optimized by combining learning and teaching subjects,in order to achieve a higher goal of ideological and political education,and provide practical and effective suggestions for the ideological and political construction of Biochemistry course in higher vocational colleges.
