摘　　要：为提高康复治疗专业临床实习教学质量,培养掌握丰富专业知识和实践技能的从业人员,从职业素养、专业能力、患者管理、沟通合作、教学能力、学习提升6方面入手,以康复治疗岗位胜任力为导向,革新康复治疗专业临床实习教学模式。In order to improve the quality of clinical internship teaching in the rehabilitation therapy speciality and cultivate staffs with rich vocational knowledge and practical skills.This is started from 6 aspects:vocational literacy,vocational ability,patient management,communication and cooperation,teaching ability,and learning improvement,guided by the post competency of rehabilitation therapy,the clinical internship teaching model of rehabilitation therapy speciality is innovated.
