摘  要:目的评价角色代入法结合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)教学法在儿科学临床见习中的应用效果。方法以在中山大学儿科临床见习的2018级预防医学专业48名学生为研究对象,采用角色代入法结合TBL教学法后进行问卷调查。结果调查结果显示,97.9%的学生表示能适应该教学法并对教学效果表示满意,100.0%的学生表示该教学法能促使其主动学习。与普通参与组相比,积极参与组对该教学法优点的认同度更高。结论角色代入法结合TBL教学法能提高儿科学临床见习效果,特别是在整合医学教育与人文素质教育方面有着较好应用前景。Objective To evaluate the application effect of role substitution method combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in pediatric clinical internships.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 48 students of preventive healthcare enrolled in 2018 who were clinical interns of pediatrics in Sun Yat-sen University.Results The survey results showed that 97%of students expressed adaptability to the teaching method and satisfaction with the teaching effect,while 100.0%of students said that the teaching method can promote their active learning.Compared with the regular participation group,the active participation group has a higher recognition of the advantages of this teaching method.Conclusion The role substitution method combined with TBL teaching method can improve the clinical probation effect of pediatrics,especially in the integration of integrative medicine education and humanistic quality education.
