摘　　要：目的分析医疗保险专业本科新生专业认同度及其影响因素,为高校人才培养提供参考。方法采用专业认同度测量问卷,以新疆某医学院2022级医疗保险专业85名学生为研究对象,运用访谈、因子分析、单因素方差分析和多因素方差分析等方法,探讨学生专业认同度的影响因素。结果学生专业认同度4个维度得分由高到低分别为情感性、行为性、认知性和适切性维度,各维度得分均高于中等临界值(3分),本校学习条件对学生专业认同度的影响显著。结论医疗保险专业本科新生的专业认同度为中等偏上水平,学生专业认同度受多种因素影响,其中学校学习条件的影响最为显著,高校需加快建设教育体系,开展素质教育,为培养高质量、高素质专业人才打下坚实基础。Objective To analyze the professional identity and influencing factors of medical insurance major undergraduate freshmenengaged in,and provide reference for personnel cultivation in universities.Methods Using a professional identity measurement questionnaire,85 students majoring in medical insurance at a medical college in Xinjiang in 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Methods such as interviews,factor analysis,one-way ANOVA,and multivariate ANOVA were adopted to explore the influencing factors of students′professional identity.Results The scores of the four dimensions of students′professional identity from high to low are emotional,behavioral,cognitive,and appropriate dimensions.The scores of each dimension are all above the median threshold(3 scores),and the learning conditions of the university have a significant impact on students′professional identity.Conclusion The professional identity of undergraduate students majoring in medical insurance is above the average level.The professional identity of students is influenced by various factors,among which the influence of learning conditions of the university is the most significant.Universities need to accelerate the construction of education systems and carry out quality education to lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality professionals.
