摘 要:为探究传统茯苓酒对脾阳虚模型大鼠的改善作用,将SD大鼠分为对照组和模型组,采用饮食不节、疲倦过度、苦寒泻下三因素建立脾阳虚模型,将造模成功的大鼠分为模型组、茯苓浸渍酒组及传统茯苓酒低、中、高剂量组,比较大鼠体质量、肛温,并进行一般行为学观察,考察血清中D-木糖、胃泌素(GAS)含量、白介素-6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平及脾脏病理变化。结果表明,造模组大鼠的体质量、肛温分别显著下降26.21%、6.31%(P<0.05),与模型组相比,传统茯苓酒中剂量组大鼠末次给药时其体质量增长8.56%,D-木糖含量极显著升高19.47%(P<0.01)、GAS极显著降低9.54%(P<0.01),IL-6、MCP-1水平分别极显著降低12.57%、15.38%(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平极显著升高10.14%(P<0.01),其脾脏病理切片接近于对照组,红髓和白髓界限明确,淋巴细胞增多且排列紧密有序;与茯苓浸渍酒组相比,传统茯苓酒中剂量组大鼠血清中ALP和ALT水平分别降低25.48%、32.51%,说明传统茯苓酒在健脾的同时不会引起肝损伤。In order to explore the improvement effect of traditional Poria cocos wine on spleen-yang deficiency model rats,SD rats were divided into control group and model group.The spleen-yang deficiency model was established by three factors:improper diet,excessive fatigue and bitter cold diarrhea.The model rats were divided into model group,P.cocos dipping wine group and traditional P.cocos wine low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups,the body mass and anal temperature of rats were compared,and general behavioral observations were carried out.The contents of D-xylose and gastrin(GAS),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in serum and the pathological changes of spleen were investigated.The results showed that the body mass and anal temperature of rats in the model group significantly decreased 26.21%and 6.31%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the model group,the body mass of rats in the traditional P.cocos wine medium-dose group increased 8.56%at the last administration,the D-xylose content significantly increased 19.47%(P<0.01),and the GAS significantly decreased 9.54%(P<0.01).The IL-6 and MCP-1 levels significantly decreased 12.57%and 15.38%(P<0.01),respectively,while the IFN-γlevel significantly increased 10.14%(P<0.01).The pathological sections of the spleen were close to that of the control group,the boundary between the red and white pulp was clear,the lymphocytes increased and arranged closely and orderly.Compared with P.cocos dipping wine group,the ALP and ALT levels in serum of rats in the traditional P.cocos wine medium-dose group decreased 25.48%and 32.51%,respectively,indicating that traditional P.cocos wine could strengthen spleen and didn't cause liver injury.
