摘 要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)技术,对凹乳芹中的主要酚类成分进行分析鉴定,并建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)定量分析方法。方法:采用Waters BEH C_(18),以0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙睛(B)为流动相进行色谱分离,流速0.3 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm,负离子模式下扫描采集数据,快速识别和鉴定凹乳芹中的化学成分。根据鉴定的结果建立HPLC定量分析方法以用于凹乳芹的质量评价。结果:从凹乳芹中鉴定出19个化学成分,并建立了新绿原酸、绿原酸、阿魏酸和异绿原酸A的定量分析方法。结论:该方法为凹乳芹的化学成分质谱裂解规律和质量评价提供了科学依据。Objective To analyze and identify the main phenolic components in Vicatia thibetica by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS),and to establish a quantitative analysis method by HPLC.Method Waters BEH C_(18)(2.1×100 mm,1.7μm)was used for chromatographic separation with 0.1%formic acid water(A)-ethyl acid(B)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 320 nm.Data was scanned and collected in negative ion mode.Rapid identification and identification of chemical constituents in concave cress.HPLC quantitative analysis method was established according to the identification results to evaluate the quality of concave cress.Result Totally 19 chemical composition were discovered in the Vicatia thibetica and a quantitative analysis method was set up for neochlorogenic acid,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid and isochlorogenic acid A.Conclusion This method provides scientific basis for the cracking law and quality evaluation of the chemical constituents of cress.
