摘　　要：质量文化是高校教育文化,以润物无声方式引导学校的质量认知,形成关于质量目标、观念、标准和行为的认同和使命感。高校质量文化建设包括思想、信仰、科学三个维度,在思想维度上,树立质量观念、强化主体意识、营造追求高质量的校园文化氛围;在信仰维度上,坚定对教育理想的信服和尊崇,把理想转化为“知行合一”的行动;在科学维度上,探索教育实证研究的认识论和方法论,建构科学逻辑下的质量标准和工作机制。Quality culture is the educational culture of colleges and universities,which guides the school’s quality awareness in a silent way and forms a sense of identity and mission regarding quality goals,concepts,standards and behaviors.The construction of quality culture in colleges and universities includes three dimensions:ideology,belief,and science.In the ideological dimension,it establishes the concept of quality,strengthens subject awareness,and creates a cultural atmosphere on campus that pursues high quality.In the belief dimension,it firmly believes in and respects educational ideals,transforming ideals into actions of“unity of knowledge and action”.In the scientific dimension,it explores the epistemology and methodology of empirical research in education,and constructs quality standards and working mechanisms under scientific logic.
