摘 要:目的探讨对儿外科实习护士采用Mi11er金字塔原理模拟教学分层应用模式千预的效果。方法选取2020年2月-2023年2月于绵阳市中心医院儿外科实习护士50名作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各25名。对照组给予常规教学模式教学,研究组在对照组基础上给予Mi1ler金字塔原理的模拟教学分层应用模式,比较两组干预后实习护士的专科考试成绩(理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩)、评判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果干预后,研究组专科理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t_(1)=8.333,t_(2)=9.874,P<0.05)。干预后,两组评判性思维能力7个维度及总分高于干预前,且研究组上述指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t_(1)=3.743,t_(2)=2.613,t_(3)=3.127,t_(4)=2.552,t_(5)=2.895,t_(6)=2.160,t_(7)=3.404,t_(8)=3.191,P<0.05)。干预后,研究组教学满意度(96.00%)较对照组(76.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。结论儿外科实习护士实施Mi11er金字塔原理的模拟教学分层应用模式,可有效提高专科考试成绩、评判性思维能力及教学满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Miller Pyramid teaching model applied in pediatric surgery practice nurses.Methods 50 pediatric surgery nurses in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 25 in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the research group was given the Miller Pyramid principle simulation teaching hierarchical application mode on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,the scores of junior college examination(theoretical scores,operational scores),critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the theoretical and practical scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t_(1)=8.333,t_(2)=9.874,P<0.05).After intervention,the 7 dimensions and total scores of critical thinking ability in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the above indexes in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t_(1)=3.743,t_(2)=2.613,t_(3)=3.127,t_(4)=2.552,t_(5)=2.895,t_(6)=2.160,t_(7)=3.404,t_(8)=3.191,P<0.05).After intervention,the teaching satisfaction of the research group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Miller Pyramid principle simulation teaching hierarchical application model of pediatric surgery nurses can effectively improve the scores of junior college examination,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
