摘　　要：开放大学内部专业评估是一个多主体参与、多手段并行、多维度深入的多元质量监控和保障的过程。本研究在剖析转型十年开放大学内部专业评估的实然困境的基础上,提出“由时效向实效转变,由外驱向内驱转变,由管理向治理转变”的发展思路和应然路径,通过分层分类分阶段持续推进,稳步提升专业建设质量。The internal professional evaluation of the Open University is a process of multi-agent participation,multi-means parallel,multi-dimensional and in-depth multiple quality monitoring and assurance.Based on the analysis of the actual predicament of the internal professional evaluation of the Open University in the past ten years,this study proposes the development idea and path of"from timeliness to effectiveness,from external drive to internal drive,and from management to governance",and steadily improves the quality of professional construction through the continuous promotion of hierarchical classification and stage by stage.
