摘　　要：习近平关于干部教育培训战略定位、价值使命、主要目标、实践路径以及组织保障的重要论述和指示,博大精深、内涵丰富,构成了习近平关于干部教育培训重要论述的科学体系,有力回答了为什么教育培训、为谁教育培训、培养什么干部、怎样教育培训、如何保障培训等关系干部教育培训全局的五个重大问题,为做好新时代干部教育培训工作提供了根本遵循和科学指引。General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions are extensive,profound and rich in connotation.These expositions give important instructions of four big aspects including its strategic status,value mission,main objective,practice path and organizational guarantee which are related to the whole situation of cadre education and training,and constitute the basic frame of these expositions.It has effectively answered five major questions related to the overall situation of cadre education and training,such as why to educate and train,for whom to educate and train,to be what kind of cadres,how to educate and train,and how to guarantee training.Only by deeply understanding and grasping these important discussions can we provide fundamental guidance and scientific guidance for doing a good job in the education and training of cadres in the new era.
