中国特色干部教育学知识体系建构的逻辑和路径

摘　　要：知识体系的建构是中国特色干部教育学学科建立之根本。在马克思主义中国化的理论成果、干部教育的生动实践和前期研究的基础上,对学科元问题和基本特性达成共识并形成话语体系以及对干部教育学发展需求的有效回应,是建构中国特色干部教育学知识体系的起点。中国特色干部教育学知识体系建构要以马克思主义为指导,坚持自主性、科学性和适用性,不断完善干部教育学知识的生产体系、组织体系、传播体系和应用体系建设,聚焦核心议题、强化功能目标、注重顶层规划、健全推进主体、搭建发展载体,推动干部教育学知识体系从分散探索走向系统规划、从经验总结走向科学研究、从实践思考走向理论创新。The construction of knowledge system is the basis of the exploration and establishment of Chinese-style cadre education.Based on the theoretical achievements of sinicization of Marxism,the vivid practice of cadre education,and preliminary research,a consensus on basic concepts and an effective response on cadre education development need is the starting point of constructing Chinese-style cadre education.The construction of Chinese-style cadre education knowledge system should be guided by Marxism,adhere to autonomy,scientificity and applicability,constantly improve the production system,organization system,dissemination system and application system.The system should focus on core issues,strengthen functional objectives,pay attention to toplevel design,improve the main body of progress,and build development carriers.Promote the knowledge system of cadre education from scattered exploration to systematic planning,from experience summary to scientific research,from practical thinking to theoretical innovation.
