摘 要:上颌后牙区域骨量严重不足时,上颌窦底提升术是一种常用且可靠的骨增量技术,但该手术操作困难、技术敏感性高,常发生窦膜穿孔、出血和感染等并发症。近年来,计算机视觉、计算机辅助设计和3D打印等数字化技术及人工智能(AI)应用于上颌窦底提升术的术前设计、手术流程和术后管理等多个环节,有效地提高手术效果,减少术后并发症。本文将总结和回顾上颌窦底提升术的数字化工作流程,介绍数字化技术和AI在上颌窦底外提升术的临床应用。Maxillary sinus floor augmentation is a commonly used and reliable bone augmentation technique when there is severe bone loss in the posterior maxillary region.However,this procedure is challenging to perform and highly technically sensitive,with potential complications such as sinus membrane perforation,bleeding,and infection.With the rapid advancement of digital technology,various digital techniques such as computer vision,computer-aided design,3D printing and artificial intelligence have been applied to multiple aspects of preoperative planning,surgical procedures,and postoperative management in sinus floor elevation surgery.These digital technologies have effectively improved surgical outcomes and reduced postoperative complications.In this article,we provided an introduction of the digital workflow of maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery,and presented the research progress and clinical application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in maxillary sinus floor external elevation surgery.
