摘  要:教育参与“一带一路”倡议是党中央、国务院洞察国际形势,顺应时代发展做出的重大战略决策,人才是“一带一路”建设的重要支撑,国际化旅游专业人才更是打通区域建设与合作的关键要素。高职教育国际化发展是大势所趋,旅游类高职院校在“一带一路”视野下探究人才培养模式创新至关重要。基于国际化旅游人才培养现状与旅游人才培养问题,上海旅游高等专科学校面向国际市场,设置有特色的人才培养目标;规范专业设置,创新课程体系建设;创新国际合作方式,多种育人模式并行,为国家培养高质量、高素质、具有国际视野的旅游专业人才。The participation of education in the Belt and Road Initiative is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to gain insight into the current international situation and adapt to the development of the times.The talent is an important support for the Belt and Road Initiative,and the international tourism talent is the key element of regional construction and cooperation.The internationalization development of higher vocational education is a general trend.It is very important for tourism higher vocational colleges to explore the innovation of talent training mode under the vision of the Belt and Road Initiative.Based on the current situation and problems of the training of international tourism talents,College of Tourism of Shanghai has set up a special training target facing the international market,standardized professional settings and inovated curriculum system construction,created new ways of international cooperation mode and enlarged education modes in parallel to cultivate high-quality tourism talents with international vision for the country.
