摘　　要：为探究技工院校集团化办学背景下产教融合实训基地建设问题,首先梳理分析了当前社会已建设的实训基地存在的问题,并结合相关政策针对性地提出基地高水平、专业化建设的建议。研究结果显示,国内技工院校实训基地建设同质化严重,有待完善。因此,要积极推进技工教育集团化办学下的产教融合实训基地共建,合理分配教育资源,增强实训专业化、现代化和前瞻化,为建设满足企业和市场人才培养需求的产教融合实训基地提供参考。In order to explore the construction of industry-education integration training bases under the background of grouping operation of technical colleges,this paper first sorts out and analyzes the problems in the current constructed training bases,and puts forward suggestions for high-level and professional construction of bases in combination with relevant policies.The results show that,the construction of technical college training bases in China is seriously homogenized and needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to actively promote the joint construction of industry-education integration training bases under the technical education grouping operation,rationally allocate educational resources,enhance the specialization,modernization and forward-looking of practical training,and provide reference for the construction of industry-education integration training bases that meet the needs of enterprises and market talent training.
