摘 要:工匠精神以卓越信仰为引领,内蕴劳动奋斗“求真”、创新奉献“向善”、精益求精“崇美”的深刻内涵,激励高职青年在理想、实践、道德、态度向度的自我超越与全面发展,饱含着丰富的育人价值。工匠精神融入高职青年劳动价值观教育,以卓越理想教育为起点和主线,通过奋斗幸福观、创新奉献精神、精益态度培育,引导学生信仰求真、信仰向善、信仰崇美,遵循知情意行的育人规律,以劳动价值观教育为核心,辅之劳动素养教育,促进高职学生工匠人格的塑造、发展与完善。Craftsman spirit is guided by the belief in excellence,which embodies the profound connotations of“Striving for truth”in labor,“striving for goodness”in innovation and dedication,and“advocating beauty”in continuous improvement.It inspires the self-transcendence and all-round development of higher vocational students in ideals,practices,morals and attitudes,and is full of rich educational values.The artisan spirit is integrated into the education of labor values for young vocational college students,and the ideal of an excellent education is the starting point,with the concept of striving for happiness,innovation and dedication,and excellence as the main line,to guide students’faith in seeking truth,goodness and beauty.It follows the educational law of knowing,affection,volition and doing in ideological and political education,and takes labor value education as the core,supplemented by labor literacy education,to promote the shaping,development and perfection of artisanal personality of vocational college students.
