摘  要:现代职业教育的高质量发展离不开深度紧密的产教融合,校企协同的工学交替作为产教融合中校企协同育人的重要模式和举措,已成为提升人才培养质量、促进高质量就业的关键环节。在分析校企协同的工学交替实施现状、剖析制约其高质量发展的因素基础上,探究“学生-企业-学校-社会”多维视角下工学交替育人模式的优化策略,提出了校企协同育人、提升人才培养质量的对策。The high-quality development of modern vocational education cannot be separated from the close integration of industry and education.As an important model and initiative of school-enterprise collaboration in the integration of industry and education,school-work alternation has become a key link to improve the quality of talent training and promote high-quality employment.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the implementation of school-work alternation with school-enterprise collaboration and the factors limiting its high-quality development,this paper explores the optimization strategy of the school-work alternation education model from the multidimensional perspective of“student-enterprise-school-society”,and proposes countermeasures to improve the quality of talent training through collaborative education between schools and enterprises.
