《淮南子》《黄帝内经》对地理环境的医学认识与应对

摘　　要：早在2000多年前,《淮南子》与《黄帝内经》就认识到了地理环境与人类健康的密切关系,详细地论述了地理气候对人的体质、发病、治疗、情志、寿命多方面的影响。《黄帝内经》在《金匮真言论》《阴阳应象大论》《易法方宜论》及五运六气七篇大论中,都论述了地理环境的医学意义,揭示了人类的生命活动与地理环境的内在联系,提出明确的区位划分与因时、因地、因人制宜的施治原则,强调“上知天文,下知地理,中知人事”的原则要求。深入研究《淮南子》与《黄帝内经》对地理环境的认识与应对,对于优化生态环境,促进人类自身健康,具有十分重要的理论与实践价值。As early as two thousand years ago,“Huainanzi”and“Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor”started to recognize the close relations between the geographical environment and human health and elaborated on the influences of geographical conditions and climate on human physical condition,occurrence of disease,medical treatment,human emotions and life expectance.“Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor”,in seven sections like“The Truth from the Golden Chamber”,“On the Correspondence between Yin and Yang”,“On Different Methods and Appropriate Methods”,expounded the medical significance of the geographical environment,revealed the inner relations between human vitality and the geographical environment,proposed location division and the principle of treatment in line with time,location and people,and emphasized the guideline of“knowing astronomy,geography and human activities”.Hence,it is of theoretical and practical value to delve into the medical perception and proposal of“Huainanzi”and“Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor”on the geographical environment and call for ecological improvement and human health progress.
