《齐民要术》若干词汇考释——基于方言角度的探讨

摘　　要：《齐民要术》在语言上具有口语性、地域性是前人研究较为一致的认识。特别是蔬菜种植卷中,贾思勰对“穞”“菘”“蕦,葑苁”“菔”等字词的音注,与现代汉语标准发音区别较大,与寿光地区的方言发音极为相似;“藳薦”“蒿篅”“格柯打出”“两叚”“箔盖”“苫盖”等难以用现代通语解释的词语,与某些地区方言也有极大的关联和相似性。若用这些方言辅助解释,可以更好地理解其器物形态与实际意义。There is a consensus among the previous research results that QiMin YaoShu(Important Arts for the People’s Welfare)has colloquial and regional characteristics in language.Jia Sixie’s phonetic notations on the terminologies“Lu(穞)”,“song(菘)”,“Xu(蕦),Feng Cong(葑苁)”,“Fu(菔)”in the volume on vegetable cultivation are quite different from their standard pronunciation of modern Chinese,whereas they are very similar to the dialect pronunciation in Shouguang region.“Gao Jian(藳薦)”,“Hao Chuan(蒿篅)”,“GeKe DaChu(格柯打出)”,“Liang Jia(两叚)”,“Bo Gai(箔盖)”and“Shan Gai(苫盖)”etc.,also have great relevance and similarities to certain regional dialects.The shape of the implements and meaning of the words can be understood better provided that these dialects are used to assist in explanation.
