摘　　要：新生代农民工已成为新农村建设的主力军,发展优质的农民工返乡创业职业教育势在必行。但目前新生代农民工返乡创业职业教育存在一些困境,主要来源于农民工自身、培训组织和社会支持三个方面。数字乡村政策的推广为新生代农民工返乡创业职业教育带来了新的发展机遇。只有及时掌握数字技术,利用数字技术带来的便利条件,才能助推新生代农民工返乡创业,提高农民工职业教育的教学效果。基于此,本文从政府、社会、农民三个角度提出了相应的对策,以期推动新生代农民工返乡创业职业教育事业的顺利推进。The new generation of migrant workers have become the main force in the construction of new rural areas.It is imperative to develop high-quality vocational education for migrant workers to return home and start businesses.However,at present,there are some difficulties in the vocational education of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start businesses,mainly from the migrant workers themselves,training organizations and social supports.The promotion of digital rural policy has brought new development opportunities for the new generation of migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses and vocational education.Only by mastering digital technology in time and making use of the convenient conditions brought by digital technology can we boost the new generation of migrant workers to return home and start businesses,and improve the teaching effect of vocational education for migrant workers.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of the government,society and farmers,in order to promote the smooth progress of the new generation of migrant workers returning home to start businesses and vocational education.
