摘　　要：社会经济转型引发全社会对于拔尖创新人才培养的关注。新加坡南洋理工大学肩负时代使命,积极探索本科拔尖创新人才培养的行动方案:设立“卓越学者计划”,开通拔尖创新人才培养的特殊通道;优化课程设置,构建跨学科教育与专业教育融通的课程体系;创新教学实践,实施研讨式与探究式的教学方法;强化本科生科研,建立本科生参与科研实践活动的长效机制。为实现本科拔尖创新人才培养的可持续发展,南洋理工大学形成了包括顶层设计、资源供给、评价体系、文化支撑的四维保障机制。南洋理工大学本科拔尖创新人才培养对于打造大学品牌优势、赋能新加坡科技创新发展具有重要意义。With the concern of the whole society for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents due to the socio-economic transformation,Nanyang Technological University(NTU)shoulders the mission of the times and actively explores the scheme of cultivating top-notch innovative talents at the undergraduate level:First,Premier Scholars Programmes has been established,which serves as a special channel for the cultivation of topnotch innovative talents.Second,curriculum system has been improved through the integration of interdisciplinary education and professional education.Third,both seminar and inquiry teaching methods have been employed to enhance the innovation of teaching practice.Fourth,undergraduate research has been strengthened through the establishment of a long-term mechanism for undergraduates to participate in practical research activities.Furthermore,in order to ensure the implementation of the approach to the training of top-notch innovative talents in undergraduate education,a four-dimensional safeguard mechanism has been formulated,including top-level design,resource supply,evaluation system and cultural support.In short,the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in undergraduate education conducted by Nanyang Technological University is of great significance for building its brand strength and empowering the development of technological innovation in Singapore.
