摘  要:专升本考试招生制度主要有统一招生、自主招生、单独招生和免试入学四种模式,但招生形式禁锢于传统的考试选才,对文化素质的恪守弱化了对职业技能的测量,综合素质评价定格为“一元区分”,招生自主权的下放未耦合招生自主权的分解。为进一步完善我国专升本考试招生制度,应该根据多元群体入学需求,探索“因材施考”;学科素质和职业技能并测,提升测试成绩的信效度;主客观评价标准相结合,推进多元主体综合评价的开展;放权和接权各司其位,构建分享型招生权力结构。The examination and enrollment system of higher vocational students upgrading to undergraduate colleges have four models,such as unified admission,independent admission,separate admission and exempt admission,but the admission form is confined to the traditional examination for talents selection,the adherence to cultural quality weakens the measurement of vocational skills,the comprehensive quality evaluation is framed as “one distinction”,and the decentralization of admission autonomy is not coupling the decomposition of the autonomy of enrollment.In order to further improve the entrance examination and enrollment system of higher vocational students upgrading to undergraduate colleges,we should explore “examinations based on ability” according to the admission needs of multiple groups,and improve the credibility of examination results by combining subject quality and vocational skills;combine subjective and objective evaluation criteria to promote comprehensive evaluation of multiple subjects;decentralize and take over the power of each,and build a shared enrollment power structure.
