摘 要:实践教学能力是影响教师教学质量的关键因素。特殊教育师范生实践教学是当前特殊教育教师培养的薄弱环节,主要存在课程结构不合理、实践教学形式单一、实践教学组织管理不规范等问题。基于应用型人才培养的成果导向教育(OBE)理念为特殊教育师范生实践教学改革提供了参考和借鉴。OBE理念下的特殊教育师范生实践教学要以学习成果为导向,围绕师范生的能力培养,优化课程结构,拓展实践教学形式,组织开展规范化的实践教学管理。Practical teaching ability is a key factor affecting the quality of teacher education.The practical teaching of special education normal school students is the weak link in the cultivation of special education normal school students.The major problems are unreasonable curriculum structure,single form of practical teaching and unstandardized organizational management.The Outcomes Based Education based on the cultivation of applied talents provides reference for the reform of practical teaching of special education normal school students.The practice teaching of special education normal school students under the concept of OBE should be guided by learning results.It should focus on the cultivation of students' ability,optimize the curriculum structure,expand the form of practice teaching,organize and carry out standardized practice teaching management.
