摘  要:为解决高技能人才短缺问题以及提升职业教育层次,英国逐渐构建起包含基础学位、学士学位和硕士学位在内的职业教育学位体系。职业教育学位体系构建的实践路径包括:在学位起始阶段以学位标准和专业设置明确人才培养方向;在培养过程中以课程设计和教学安排确保人才培养成效;在保障方面以资金投入和监督评估保证人才培养质量。英国职业教育学位体系构建取得的成效有:参与技能人才培养的各方积极性大大提高、培养各领域高端技能人才,促进区域经济增长以及推动学位多样化,满足多群体需求。未来英国将继续采取措施以增加职业教育学位的社会认可度、充分彰显职业教育学位的潜在价值并提升职业教育学位标准的开发水准。In order to solve the problem of shortage of highly skilled personnel and upgrade the level of vocational education,the UK has gradually built up a vocational education degree system including foundation degrees,bachelor's degrees and master's degrees.The practical paths of constructing the degree system of vocational education include clarifying the direction of talent cultivation with degree standards and specialty settings at the beginning of the degree;ensuring the effectiveness of talent cultivation with curriculum design and teaching arrangement in the cultivation process;ensuring the quality of talent cultivation with financial investment and supervision and evaluation in the guarantee.The UK vocational education degree system has achieved the following results:the motivation of all parties involved in the cultivation of skills has been greatly increased,the cultivation of high-end skills in various fields has contributed to regional economic growth,and the diversification of degrees has been promoted to meet the needs of multiple groups.The UK will continue to take steps to increase the social recognition of vocational education degrees,highlight their potential value and raise the standard of development of vocational education degrees.
