摘　　要：采用文献资料法等方法对我国体育硕士导师制实施现状进行调查,得出:论文选题由集中向分散演变,对单导师科研能力提出新要求;继续“升学”成为今后大趋势,对导师个人综合能力提出新需求;培养多学科知识成为新阶段导师培养学生过程中新任务。提出从运行保障机制、管理机制、科研能力提升机制、职业道德规范机制和职业技能完善机制构建我国体育硕士研究生导师组制培养模式。Improving the quality of sports master's training in China has become a new requirement for national development.By using the method of literature review,this paper investigates the current situation of the implementation of the Mentorship for sports masters in China;Continuing to pursue higher education has become a major trend in the future,posing new demands for the personal comprehensive abilities of mentors;Cultivating interdisciplinary knowledge has become a new task for mentors in the process of cultivating students in the new stage.Propose to construct a mentor group training model for sports master's students in China from the perspectives of operational guarantee mechanism,management mechanism,scientific research ability improvement mechanism,professional ethics regulation mechanism,and professional skills improvement mechanism.
