摘  要:为发挥社会支持主体协同作用,培养优秀体育职业技能人才,运用利益相关者理论,对我国体育职业教育社会支持主体权责状况进行了分析。目前社会支持主体的权责特征表现为:社会支持主体结构有待优化;社会支持主体职责定位模糊;社会支持主体权益失衡。为提升协同支持效果,需强化权威利益相关者的统筹与协调效率;增强核心利益相关者的权益和契约精神;提升紧密利益相关者的服务功能和意识;重视边缘利益相关者的诉求和权益。In order to leverage the collaborative role of social support entities and cultivate excellent sports vocational skills talents,the stakeholder theory was applied to analyze the rights and responsibilities of social support entities in sports vocational education in China.The current characteristics of the rights and responsibilities of social support subjects are as follows:the structure of social support subjects needs to be optimized;The responsibility positioning of social support subjects is vague;The rights and interests of social support entities are imbalanced.To enhance the effectiveness of collaborative support,it is necessary to strengthen the coordination and efficiency of authoritative stakeholders;Enhance the rights and contractual spirit of core stakeholders;Enhance the service functions and awareness of close stakeholders;Emphasize the demands and rights of peripheral stakeholders.
