湖北省高校运动队教练员胜任力现状及对策研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法与专家访谈法等研究方法,选取湖北省15所高校运动队157名教练员及400名运动员为调查对象,对湖北省高校运动队教练员胜任力现状进行调查。结果表明,湖北省高校运动队教练员执教素养、交际素养和个性素养3项胜任力特征评分显著较低,表明部分教练员的训练思维较为陈旧,且科学训练计划及思维变通等综合实力有所欠缺;不同特征教练员其胜任力均有所差异(P>0.05)。Using research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and expert interview,157 coaches and 400 athletes from 15 university sports teams in Hubei Province were selected as the survey subjects to investigate the current competency status of coaches in university sports teams in Hubei Province.The results show that the competency characteristics of coaching,communication,and personality of coaches in Hubei Province's university sports teams are significantly lower,indicating that some coaches have outdated training thinking and lack comprehensive abilities such as scientific training plans and thinking flexibility;There are differences in the competence of coaches with different characteristics(P>0.05).
