摘 要:产业学院是深化产教融合的有效抓手和途径。从规划筹备阶段、试运行阶段、全面推行阶段着手,构建了涵盖“政校企协”融合、新型应用技术与教育方法融合、教育体系和产业体系融合,以及“431”培育模式协同、产学研现代化运行机制协同、专业与产业现代化协同、多元主体社会责任协同与资源共享条件保障协同的“三项融合、五位协同”产业学院,对于助推产教融合深化、优化技术技能人才培养模式、推进教育资源的有效配置、助推区域经济社会发展具有重要意义。Industry college is an effective tool and way to deepen the industry-education integration,starting from the planning and preparation stage,trial operation stage,and comprehensive implementation stage,we have constructed“three integration and five synergies”industrial colleges that covers the integration of“government-school-enterprise-association cooperation”,the integration of new applied technologies and educational methods,the integration of education system and industrial system,the coordination of“431”cultivation mode,the coordination of modern operation mechanism of industry,academia and research,and the coordination of modernization of specialties and industries,the coordination of multi-subject social responsibility,and the coordination of resource sharing condition guarantee,which is of great significance in promoting the deepening of industry-education integration,optimizing the training mode of technical and skilled talents,promoting the effective allocation of educational resources,and promoting regional economic and social development.
