摘 要:大多数高校都会将竞技体育作为体育教育的主要内容,而随着新的教学方式方法的提出,以竞技体育为主的传统体育教学模式已经不能满足体育教育发展需求。民族体育有着非常悠久的历史,包含着丰富的体育内容,形式多元化,且具有鲜明的民族特征。通过在高校体育教育中引入传统民族体育元素,以终身体育作为导向,可推动我国高校体育教学的进一步发展。本文对民族传统体育元素融入高校体育教学的可行性进行了分析,并在传统民族体育教学现存问题的基础上提出了相应的改进策略,以期为体育教学改革提供相应的参考。Most colleges and universities will take competitive sports as the main subject of physical education.With the proposal of new teaching methods,the traditional physical education teaching model based on competitive sports can no longer meet the needs of the development of physical education.National sports has a very long history,including rich sports content,diversified forms and distinctive national characteristics.By introducing traditional national sports elements into college physical education and taking lifelong sports as the guidance,we can promote the further development of College Physical Education in China.This paper analyzes the feasibility of integrating national traditional sports elements into college physical education,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies based on the existing problems of traditional national physical education,in order to provide corresponding reference for physical education reform.
