“于无声处”的诊断学课程思政实践与体会

摘　　要：全国思想政治教育会议后,课程思政成为医学高等院校思政改革的重要任务,诊断学是基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程,内容包括体格检查、症状学、实验室检查、辅助检查及临床技能和思维培养,针对不同章节及内容开展课程思政对于培养学生临床实践能力和临床专业素养具有促进作用。开展课程思政,在不影响教学的内容同时将思政内容自然引入是诊断学教师在教学过程不断努力和探索的目标,教学中教师将关心关爱学生、以身作则爱岗敬业作为课程思政基础,采用优秀案例引入、爱国主义、爱患者、爱奉献、正确学习方法等作为思政内容,将正确人生观、价值观和职业素养潜移默化地融入到专业课教学中,全方位激起学生学习兴趣,对培养具有我国特色的医学人才具有重要意义。After the National Conference on Ideological and Political Education,curriculum ideology and politics has become an important task of ideological and political reform in medical colleges and universities."Diagnosis"is a bridge course between basic medicine and clinical medicine,including physical examination,symptomology,laboratory examination,auxiliary examination,training of clinical skills and clinical thinking.Carrying out ideological and political courses according to different chapters and contents can promote the cultivation of students'clinical practice ability and clinical professional accomplishment.In the course of ideological and political education,it is the goal of the teachers who teach Diagnostics to make continuous efforts and explore to introduce ideological and political education without affecting the teaching content.In the teaching process,teachers will care for students,set an example,devote to the teaching career,which will be the ideological and political foundation.Good case studies,patriotism,caring for patients,dedication and correct learning methods will be introduced as ideological and political content.Therefore,the correct outlook on life and values,professional quality will be imperceptively integrated into the teaching of professional courses,comprehensively arouse students'interest in learning and ability,which is of great significance to the training of medical talents with Chinese characteristics.
