摘　　要：以“新工科”建设为背景,为落实立德树人根本任务,结合计算机类专业特点,打造计算机工程教育课程思政教学团队,坚持全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人的“三全育人”总体目标,秉承“产出导向、学生中心、持续改进”的OBE教学理念,通过反向设计、正向实施,完善和构建知行合一的课程群建设方案。回答好“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”“培养得如何”四个问题,将课程思政融入教材-教研-评价-质保全部教学要素,发挥团队整体育人功能,引导学生学习知识、涵养品行、锤炼心志,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。With the construction of"new engineering"as the background,in order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,combined with the characteristics of computer majors,build an ideological and political teaching team for computer engineering education courses,and insist on educating all staff,all-round education,and all-round education.The overall goal of"three comprehensive education"for people,adhering to the OBE teaching concept of"output-oriented,student-centered,and continuous improvement",through reverse design and forward implementation,perfects and builds a curriculum group construction plan that integrates knowledge and action.Answer the four questions of"what to train","how to train","for whom to train",and"how well to train",integrate the ideological and political aspects of the course into all the teaching elements of teaching materials-teaching researchevaluation-quality assurance,and give full play to the team as a whole.Human function guides students to learn knowledge,cultivate character,temper their will,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor.
