高校非中心城市分校区师资队伍建设的现状与对策研究——以C学院Y校区为例

摘  要:随着国家教育强国战略的不断推进,产教融合建设成为地方与高校高质量发展实现共赢的有效途径。近年来,中心城市高校纷纷向拥有产教融合潜力的地区开设新校区,但处于初创期的分校区由于远离中心城市,存在师资队伍力量不足、整体素质不高以及职称、年龄结构不合理等问题,不利于分校区快速发展并反哺主校区。通过研究C学院在非中心城市的Y校区师资队伍建设现状与问题,提出通过多方合作建立一支稳定的专兼职教师队伍,制定并实施教师发展培养计划,制定具有特色的师资队伍管理制度,打造特色产业学院等对策加强非中心城市分校区师资队伍建设。With the continuous advancement of the strategy of education power,the integration between industry and education has become an effective way for local and higher education institutions to develop in high-quality and achieve a win-win results.In recent years,colleges and universities in central cities have opened new campuses in areas with the potential to integrate industry and education,but the branch campuses in the initial stage are far away from the central city,leading to many problems in the strength,quality and personnel structure of the teaching staff,which is not conducive to the rapid development of branch schools and feedback to the main campus.By studying the current situation and problems of C College s teaching staff construction in Campus Y in non-central cities,it was proposed to strengthen the teaching staff construction in non-central city branch schools through multi-party cooperation to establish a stable full-time and part-time teacher team,formulate and implement teacher development and training plans,formulate a characteristic teacher team management system,build a characteristic industry college and other countermeasures.
