摘  要:为助力工程教育,全面提升“人工智能+X”复合型人才的综合能力,从产教融合型基层教学组织建设角度出发,探讨了新工科下产教融合型基层教学组织的内涵、形式载体和建设路径等。以南京某大学自动化专业为例,提出了以产教融合型虚拟教研室为载体,将对教师产教融合能力的培养贯穿在教书育人、课程体系和教学内容更新、教学方式变革和专业建设等方面,构建了学校与学校、学校与企业资源深度融合、协同育人的产教融合新型基层教学组织,为培养符合行业发展需求的创新型自动化人才提供高水平双师型师资力量。This paper discusses the construction of basic teaching organization based on production-education integration so as to improve the ability to cultivate the artificial intelligence plus hybrid talent and raise the quality of engineering education,contents discusses the form,and teaching ability training for the construction of such production-education integrated basic teaching organization and proposes such measures with the automation specialty in a certain university in Nanjing as a case in point as integrating the training of teachers’production-education ability into the teaching and talent cultivation,the curriculum set-up,the upgrading of teaching content,the reform in the teaching methods and the specialty construction so as to construct a new production-education integrated teaching organization that stresses the deep integration of school to school and school to enterprises for the joint talent cultivation in order to provide the quality teaching staff with double qualifications to cultivate the innovation-type automation talents that suit the demand of the industry.
