摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定动物性食品中环丙氨嗪残留量的不确定评定方法。方法:依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》以及《食品安全国家标准动物性食品中环丙氨嗪残留量的测定高效液相色谱法》分析高效液相色谱法测定动物性食品中环丙氨嗪残留量过程中引入的不确定度,计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度。结果:羊肉中环丙氨嗪的残留量为0.0588μg·kg^(-1)时,其扩展不确定度为0.0041μg·kg^(-1)(k=2)。结论:拟合标准曲线求浓度产生的不确定度对检测结果影响较大。Objective:To establish an uncertain evaluation method for the determination of residues of cypromazine in animal food by high performance liquid chromatography.Method:According to the residual amount of cyclopromazine in animal food was determined high performance liquid chromatography was used to analyze the uncertainty introduced in the process of determining the residues of mesopromazine in animal food,and to calculate the synthetic standard uncertainty and pile expanding uncertainty of the test results.Result:When the residual amount was 0.0588μg·kg^(-1),the extended uncertainty was 0.0041μg·kg^(-1)(k=2).Conclusion:The uncertainty generated by fitting the standard curve to obtain the concentration had a great influence on the detection results.
