摘　　要：油气勘探公司“管理321-”民主化管理体系是以建议的征集、评审、整改和应用推广为流转主线,以破解发展难题、培育优秀人才、践行民主管理为目标,建立一套发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的闭环管理体系,建立一套发现人才、培养人才、成就人才的多重激励体系,打造一个问计于民、集智于民、受益于民的民主管理平台。“管理321-”创新的管理思路,成熟的运行经验,固化的工作机制,具有较强的适应性、操作性和复制性,是一项符合现代企业管理需求的重要工具,具有较大的推广价值。The“Management 321-”democratic management system of oil and gas exploration company takes the collection,review,rectif ication and application promotion of suggestions as the main line of circulation,and aims at solving development problems,cultivating outstanding talents and practicing democratic management,establishing a set of closed-loop management system that identif ies problems,analyzes problems and solves problems.Establish a set of multiple incentive systems for talent discovery,training and achievement,and build a democratic management platform that asks for,gathers wisdom from and benef its from the people.“Management 321-”innovative management ideas,mature operating experience,solidif ied working mechanism,with strong adaptability,operability and replication,is an important tool in line with the needs of modern enterprise management,with greater promotion value.
