摘 要:高技能人才的短缺已成为制约我国高质量发展的瓶颈,而职业院校在承担学历型的职业教育和非学历型的职业培训的高技能人才培养过程中,往往偏重于学历教育,社会培训功能显得比较弱化,因而在培训资源建设方面很难满足社会培训需要。本文通过对项目贯穿式课程体系内涵的诠释及项目贯穿式课程体系在高质量社会培训中所起的作用,对项目贯穿式课程体系的构建进行了详细叙述,为其他课程体系的构建提供了较好的借鉴。The shortage of highly skilled talents has become a bottleneck restricting China's high-quality development.In the process of training highly skilled talents who undertake academic vocational education and non-academic vocational training,vocational colleges often focus on academic education,and the function of social training is relatively weak.Therefore,it is difficult to meet the needs of social training in the construction of training resources.Based on the interpretation of the connotation of the project-through curriculum system and the role of the project-through curriculum system in high-quality social training,this paper describes in detail the construction of the project-through curriculum system,which provides a good reference for the construction of other curriculum systems。
