摘  要:针对炉卷轧机卷筒槽口定位速度慢、定位精度差影响穿带稳定性的技术问题,分析炉卷工艺过程及影响卷筒槽口定位精度的因素,提出了一种炉卷轧机卷筒槽口自修正定位控制的方法。该方法基于自学习算法,对定位控制参数进行自学习及自优化,逐渐把外部因素的影响减小,从而实现卷筒槽口的快速、高精度的定位控制。该方法投用后,能够将槽口定位偏差稳定控制在±0.1°的误差范围内,定位时间在5s以内。统计生产数据表明,该控制方法有效提升定位精度,减少定位时间,应用效果良好。In response to the technical issues of slow positioning speed and poor positioning accuracy of the drum slot of the Steckel mill,which affect the stability of threading,this paper analyzes the technological process of Steckel mill and the factors affecting the positioning accuracy of drum slot,and puts forward a self-correcting positioning control method for the drum slot of Steckel mill.This method is based on the self-learning algorithm.The positioning control parameters are self-learning and self-optimizing,and the influence of external factors is gradually reduced,so as to realize the fast and high-precision positioning control of the drum slot.After using this method,the drum slot positioning deviation can be stably controlled within the error range of±0.1°,and the positioning time is within 5 seconds.The statistical data show that the control method can effectively improve the drum slot positioning accuracy and reduce the positioning time,and the application effect is good.
