摘  要:当前的小教专业师范生人才培养存在明显的不足,如教学能力薄弱,课堂组织力匮乏、发展规划缺位等,导致小教专业师范生综合素养偏低,人文精神匮乏,进入社会后无法成为称职的教师。鉴于此,师范院校应革新小教专业人才培养模式,优化课程体系,强化师范生基本技能的培养,不断完善实践教学活动,以提高师范生的人文素养与专业技能,使其树立正确的教师观,早日成为合格的教师。At present,there are obvious deficiencies in the talent training of normal students majoring in primary education,such as weak teaching ability,lack of classroom organization,lack of development planning and so on,resulting in low comprehensive literacy and lack of humanistic spirit.Normal colleges and universities should innovate the training mode of primary education professionals,optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the cultivation of normal school students basic skills,and constantly improve practical teaching activities,so as to improve normal students humanistic literacy and professional skills,and enable them to establish a correct view of teachers.become a qualified teacher as soon as possible.
