摘  要:目的探讨普通外科学见习教学中采用病例讨论联合PBL教学法的运用效果。方法选取2018年12月—2022年12月于无锡市人民医院普通外科进行实习的30名学生作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将学生随机分为对照组和研究组,每组15名。对照组学生采用传统教学方法,研究组学生在传统教学方法基础上采用病例讨论联合PBL教学法。对比两组理论考核成绩、问诊考核成绩、见习满意度。结果研究组病例分析、理论知识成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组问诊内容和问诊技巧成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组增强理论知识、提高学习兴趣、增强自学能力、提升语言表达和沟通能力、提高临床思维能力等项目的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例讨论联合PBL教学法应用于普通外科学学生见习教学中,能够明显提升学生的理论知识掌握水平,同时增强问诊能力,有助于提高学生对见习教学的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of case discussion combined with PBL teaching method in general surgery probationary teaching.Methods From December 2018 to December 2022,30 students who practiced in the Department of General Surgery of Wuxi People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the students were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 15 students in each group.The students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the students in the study group adopted the case discussion combined with PBL teaching method on the basis of the traditional teaching method.The theoretical assessment results,inquiry assessment results and probation satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of case analysis and theoretical knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of inquiry content and inquiry skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group in enhancing theoretical knowledge,improving learning interest,enhancing self-learning ability,improving language expression and communication ability,and improving clinical thinking ability was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of case discussion combined with PBL teaching method in the probationary teaching of general surgery students can significantly improve the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,and at the same time enhance the ability of consultation,which is helpful to improve the satisfaction of students with probationary teaching.
