贵州省酒糟利用方式分析及能源潜力评估

摘　　要：酒糟是白酒生产的副产品,若不采取有效的措施进行处理,不仅将引起严重的环境问题,还会造成能源的浪费。通过对贵州省不同区域白酒企业产量情况进行调查,计算得出贵州省酒糟年产量为87.02万t,所产生的热值可替代约14236 t煤所产生的能量。随后,对贵州省的白酒酿造所产生的酒糟资源密度和空间分布特点进行分析,发现贵州省酒糟主要分布在遵义市,利用酒糟制备沼气发电带来的收益为3亿元/a左右。最后,基于酒糟综合利用现状,结合贵州地区的特点,对贵州地区的酒糟能源化利用路径选择和层次利用规划提出合理的建议和设想。Distiller's grains is a byproduct of liquor production.If we don't take effective measures to deal with it,it will not only cause serious environmental problems,but also cause energy waste.The annual output of distiller's grains in Guizhou province is 870200 tons.The caloric value of distiller's grains can replace the energy produced by 14236 tons of coal.The density and spatial distribution of distiller's grains produced in Guizhou province were analyzed.It was found that the distiller's grains were mainly distributed in Zunyi Province,about 300 million yuan per year can be gained from the production of biogas from distiller's grains.Finally,based on the current situation of comprehensive utilization of Lees and the characteristics of Guizhou region,the reasonable suggestions and ideas of energy utilization path selection and level utilization planning of Lees in Guizhou region were put forward.
