摘  要:随着社会对护理人才需求的多样化,护理专业毕业生的就业情况逐渐受到关注。本研究通过问卷调查发现,超过一半的护理专业毕业生认为就业形势“一般”或“不太好”,68.3%的毕业生认为通过自己努力可以找到合适的工作。在就业中,护理专业毕业生存在就业目标明确,但就业期望过高,就业心态稳定,但价值取向功利,职业认同不足,就业能力缺失等问题。为此,护理专业毕业生个人应积极树立正确的就业观,提高职业认同感;高职院校应加强相关教育引导,进一步提升护理专业毕业生的就业能力;政府相关部门应创新就业理念,出台政策,积极拓宽护理专业毕业生的就业途径。Under more and more diversified demands for nursing talents,the employment situation of nursing graduates has aroused more and more attention.Through the investigation of the questionnaire,more than a half of students of nursing major believe that the career situation is“general”or“not very good”,and 68.3%graduates believe that they can find the ideal job through their attempt.In employment,graduates of nursing major have clear employment goals.There are some problems,such as great employment expectation,stable employment psychology,materialistic value orientation,lack of vocational identity,and lack of employment ability,etc.Therefore,it is suggested that nursing graduates should actively establish correct employment view and enhance professional identity;higher vocational colleges should strengthen relevant education and guidance to further enhance the employability of nursing graduates;the relevant government departments should innovate the employment concept,introduce policies,and actively expand the employment channels of nursing graduates.
