摘  要:针对目前民用飞机的人机操作舒适度分析不全面,从人员维修时手臂的舒适度问题出发,提出维修任务操作中的人体手臂舒适度分析方法。首先,该方法用粒子群优化算法搜索关节角度使其偏离自然状态下的角度值最小,并在适应度函数中加入可视性和可达性约束条件,以确定手臂维修姿态。其次,采用NASA力量模型作为关节力矩舒适度模型,并建立7自由度手臂力学模型,用Kane方法推导出手臂关节受力表达式,求取了操作过程的关节力矩,后导入NASA力量模型中获得关节力矩舒适度值。最后,在虚拟仿真平台上以拆卸C919前勤务舱门的某一螺栓以验证方法有效性。In view of the incomplete analysis of human comfort during maintenance of civil aircrafts,a human arm comfort analysis method in the operation of maintenance tasks is proposed.Firstly,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to search the joint angle to minimize the deviation from the angle value in the natural state.The visibility and accessibility constraints are added to the fitness function to determine the arm maintenance posture.Secondly,the NASA force model is used as the joint moment comfort model,and the 7 degrees-of-freedom arm mechanics model is established.The arm joint force expression is derived by the Kane method.The joint moment of the operation process is obtained,and then imported into the NASA model to obtain the joint moment comfort value.Finally,a bolt of the C919 front service door is removed on a virtual simulation platform to verify the effectiveness of the method.
