摘 要:目的:了解不同学制公共卫生硕士(MPH)的实践教学现状及其满意度。方法:对98名MPH在实践单位、实践内容与时长、实践教学满意度等方面进行问卷调查。结果:两年制MPH对实践教学的满意度显著低于三年制,主要表现为对实践能力提升程度及与导师沟通联系的满意度较低。结论:MPH实践教学有待加强,适当延长学制有助于提升MPH实践教学满意度。Objective:To understand the current status and satisfaction of practical teaching for Master of Public Health(MPH)students with different program durations.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 98 MPH students to assess their practical training experiences,including the placement institution,content,duration,and satisfaction.Results:MPH students in the 2-year program exhibited significantly lower satisfaction with practical teaching compared to those in the 3-year program.This was primarily related to lower satisfaction levels in terms of the extent of practical skill improvement and communication with mentors.Conclusion:The practical teaching for MPH students needs improvement,and extending the program duration appropriately can enhance satisfaction with practical teaching experiences.
