摘 要:目的:探索基于建构主义理念的传统教学与建构主义教学有效结合的教学方法,并应用于临床医学专业的医学生物化学课程。方法:选取我校五年制临床医学专业的118名学生做为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=59)和试验组(n=59)。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用传统教学+建构主义教学方法开展医学生物化学课程教学,并对教学效果进行评价。结果:试验组学生对教学方法的各项评价均优于对照组,试验组学生综合测评成绩中的分析类试题成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:传统教学+建构主义教学方法学生满意度高,有利于提高临床医学生的岗位胜任力。Objective:This study aimed to explore the effective combination of traditional teaching and constructivist teaching based on the constructivist principles and apply it to the medical biochemistry course in the clinical medicine major.Methods:118 students from the five-year clinical medicine major in our university were randomly divided into a control group(n=59)and an experimental group(n=59).The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group received traditional teaching combined with constructivist teaching methods for the medical biochemistry course.The teaching effectiveness was evaluated.Results:The experimental group students'evaluations of the teaching methods were superior to those of the control group.The experimental group achieved significantly higher scores in the analytical questions of the comprehensive assessment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional teaching and constructivist teaching methods received high satisfaction from students and contributed to enhancing the clinical competency of medical students.
