摘  要:目的:探讨TBL(team-based learning)结合LBL (lecture-based learning)双轨制教学方法在本科医学生眼科实习教学中的作用。方法:选取天津医科大学预防医学2017级本科生116名,随机分为试验组(TBL结合LBL教学法,n=57)和对照组(LBL教学法,n=59),在眼科实习教学中采用不同的教学方法,通过考试成绩及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果:试验组的学生学习成绩高于对照组的学习成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷结果显示试验组学生对10个具体评价指标的肯定率高于对照组。结论:采用TBL结合LBL的双轨制教学方法相较于LBL教学法有更多优势,能够提高眼科教学质量。Objective:This study aims to explore the application of the TBL(team-based learning)combined with LBL(lecture-based learning)dual-track teaching method in undergraduate medical students'ophthalmology practicum teaching.Methods:A total of 116 undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine from Tianjin Medical University,2017 cohort,were randomly divided into an experimental group(TBL combined with LBL,n=57)and a control group(LBL,n=59).Different teaching methods were employed in ophthalmology practicum teaching,and the teaching effects were evaluated through examination scores and questionnaires.Results:The students in the experimental group achieved higher learning scores than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire results showed that the affirmative rate of the experimental group students for 10 specific evaluation indicators was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of the TBL combined with LBL dual-track teaching method has more advantages and can improve the quality of ophthalmology teaching.
