工科生工匠精神培育与红色基因传承路径探究

摘　　要：文章从工科大学生工匠精神培育以及红色基因传承的必要性和重要性入手,分析工科大学生专业素养和党史学习教育现状与问题,从日常思想政治教育、网络平台宣传、党建带团建等角度尝试探索传承红色基因,以期将红色基因文化与工科大学生日常思想政治教育工作相结合,与工匠精神培育工作相结合,最终实现立德树人的思想政治教育目标。Starting from the necessity and importance of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship among engineering college students and inheriting red gene,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of engineering students’professional quality and party history learning and education.It further explores the inheritance of red gene from the perspectives of daily ideological and political education,online platform publicity,and promotion of league building by party building.The aim is to combine the red gene culture with the daily ideological and political education work of engineering college students,and with the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,and finally achieve the goal of ideological and political education,which is to foster morality and cultivate people.
