摘  要:耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学属于临床医学独立的二级学科。为解决以往教学中存在的诸多问题,文章所涉及的研究结合现代信息化技术手段,对该课程进行“以疾病为中心”的模块整合,以2019级临床医学五年制本科某班学生为改革对象,开展线上线下混合式教学模式实践研究。研究结果显示,与传统教学模式相比,该教学模式可有效整合教学内容,不仅提高了教学和学习效率,还极大提高了学生的自主学习能力,培养了其临床思维和人文素养,学生的各个分段学业表现水平和期末考试成绩也有不同幅度增长。Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery is an independent secondary discipline of Clinical Medicine.The study was carried out via disease-centered module integration and deeply integrating modern information technology with education to solve the problems in current teaching system.In this study,a class of Grade 2019 students majoring in Clinical Medicine was selected as the experimental group and was taught by the online and offline blended teaching mode.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the new teaching mode can effectively improve students autonomous learning ability,clinical mind and humanistic quality.Students academic performance in each phrase as well as their final exam scores also improved.
