摘  要:我国大部分家畜基础日粮以玉米-豆粕型为主,但是我国蛋白质饲料资源较为短缺,主要的蛋白质饲料依赖进口。除实行低蛋白日粮的方法外,开发非常规蛋白质饲料资源也可以减轻蛋白质饲料缺乏的压力。豆腐渣是以大豆为原料生产豆腐、豆浆和豆奶的副产品,每年产生的数量较多。豆腐渣具有高蛋白、低脂肪等营养特点,还含有丰富的矿物质元素,具有较高的开发价值,是潜在的蛋白质饲料资源。在家畜日粮中添加适宜比例的豆腐渣可以降低家畜的养殖成本。文章综述了豆腐渣的营养成分、不同处理方法对豆腐渣的影响和其在家畜生产上的应用,以期为豆腐渣开发为家畜蛋白质饲料提供依据。Most livestock in China are raised on corn-soybean meal-based diets,but protein feed resources are in short supply in China,and the major protein feeds depend on imports.In addition to the implementation of low-protein diets,the development of non-conventional protein feed resources can also reduce the pressure of protein feed deficiency.Soybean crud residue is a by-product of soybean production of tofu,soymilk and soy milk,and is produced in large quantities each year.Soybean crud residue has high protein and low fat nutritional characteristics,and is also rich in mineral elements,which has high development value and is a potential protein feed resource for animals.Adding the appropriate proportion to livestock diets can reduce the cost of raising livestock.The article reviews the nutritional composition of soybean curd residue,the effect of different treatment methods on soybean curd residue and its application in livestock production,so as to provide a basis for the development of bean curd residue as a protein feed for livestock.
