摘 要:经过多年的探索与实践,社会主义核心价值观教育进预期课程和实施课程已取得显著成就。但是,在具体实践中仍存在“重教轻学”的问题,导致核心价值观教育进学生“获得课程”的成效有待提升。为了解决这一问题,可以从三个方面入手:就目标维度而言,教师通过适当解释目标、目标交互式生成和目标路径化表达促进“教学目标”转译为“学习目标”,进而让教师携带的价值观教学目标成为学生自觉的学习追求并愿意为之持续付出努力;就内容维度而言,教师不能仅关注“教了什么价值观内容”,更要关注每位学生“学习与学得了什么价值观内容”,要通过关联学生已有经验、关注学生理解误区和运用“变易”范式促进“教学内容”转化为“学习内容”,进而让每位学生都能学会教师教的价值观内容;就实施维度而言,教师通过引导学生开展深度的价值观学习和开发支持学生价值观学习的认知性工具、反思性工具、实践性工具和社会性工具促进“强调教师教”转型为“重视学生学”,进而让学生深度的价值观学习得以发生,避免表面化、形式化的价值观教育,突破轰轰烈烈开展活动但学生只产生了“表层”的价值观学习等误区。After years of exploration and practice,significant achievements have been made in integrating socialist core values education into intended and implemented curriculum.However,there is still a practical problem of"emphasizing teaching but neg lecting learning",which leads to insufficient integration.In order to solve this problem,measures can be taken in three aspects.In terms of objective,teachers can translate"teaching objective"into"learning objective"through interpretation of objective,interactive generation of objective and expression of objective path,thus tuming teachers’teaching objective of values into students'learning pursuit.In terms of content,teachers should emphasize what values content to teach,pay attention to what content students have learned and promote the conversion of"teaching content"into"learning content"through connecting students'experience,focusing on students'misunder standing and using varia tion pattern,so that every student can learn teachers'value content.In terms of implementation,teachers should shift the focus from teaching to learning through conducting in-depth values learning and developing epistemic tools,reflective tools,pragmatic tools and social tools,thereby achieving students'inrdepth values learning and avoiding superficial and formalized values education.
