摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年未来取向潜在模式及其与生涯发展的关系。方法:采用整群抽样法选取997名青少年,使用青少年未来取向问卷和青少年生涯发展量表进行测评,采用潜在剖面分析比较未来取向的潜在类别,运用多元方差分析探究未来取向与生涯发展的关系。结果:青少年未来取向可分为消极未来取向型(32.3%)、低思虑执行型(26.7%)、一般未来取向型(26.1%)及积极未来取向型(14.9%),不同青少年未来取向6个因素得分均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。积极未来取向型青少年在生涯发展量表各维度上得分最高,消极未来取向型得分最低,低思虑执行型和一般未来取向型得分居于中间。结论:青少年未来取向存在4种潜在类别,且未来取向类别与生涯发展相关。Objective:To explore the potential pattern offuture orientation and its relationship with career development in adolescents.Methods:Totally 997 adolescents were selected in cluster sampling method,and assessed with Adolescent Future Orientation Questionnaire and Adolescent Career Development Scale.The potential categories of future orientation were compared by latent profile analysis,and the relationship between future orientation and career development was explored by multiple variance analysis.Results:The future orientationin adolescents could be divided into negative future orientation(32.3%),low-thinking and executive orientation(26.7%),general future orientation(26.1%)and positive future orientation(14.9%).The scores of six factors of future orientation in different adolescents were statistically significant(P_(s)<0.001).Adolescents with positive future orientation got the highest scores in all dimensions of career development,while those with negative future orientation scored the lowest,while the career development scores in those with low thinking and implementation and general future orientation are in the middle.Conclusion:There are four potential categories of future orientation in adolescents and the categories of future orientation are related to career development.
