摘  要:探讨在临床医学本科教学中实施导师制的教学效果。通过2010—2022年南通大学附属肿瘤医院临床本科导师制教学的实践,包括导师遴选、实施方案、教学评价等,分析存在的问题,提出完善本科导师制的相关措施主要有:落实有关教学管理制度、建立有效的激励机制、做好教学评估工作、强化师资培训、加强学风建设等,为本科导师制的推广提供依据。To explore the teaching effect of the tutorial system in the undergraduate teaching of clinical medicine.Based on the teaching practice of clinical undergraduate tutorial system in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Nantong University from 2010 to 2022,including tutor selection,implementation plan,teaching evaluation,etc.,the existing problems were analyzed,and relevant measures to improve the undergraduate tutorial system were proposed as follows:Implement the relevant teaching management system,establish an effective incentive mechanism,do a good job in teaching evaluation,strengthen teacher training,strengthen the construction of study style,etc.,to provide basis for the promotion of the undergraduate tutorial system.
